my daddy said that if i practiced enough 

i'd be able to tell as soon as it left my finger tips

if it would hit or miss, left or right.

i tried it today

and it seems as if the time it

takes after it leaves my

finger tips

is too short

to tell whether it will

hit or miss,

left or right.

but maybe someday it won't be.
