HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!! 

enjoy your food!

and he delights in me

I am just a falling flower, 

like grass that withers,

Zechariah 9:9-17

⁹ Rejoice greatly, Daughter Zion!
   Shout, Daughter Jerusalem!
See, your king comes to you,
   righteous and victorious,
lowly and riding on a donkey,
   on a colt, the foal of a donkey.
¹⁰ I will take away the chariots from Ephraim
   and the warhorses from Jerusalem,
   and the battle bow will be broken.
He will proclaim peace to the nations.
   His rule will extend from sea to sea
   and from the River to the ends of the earth.

Oh, my gosh-so cute!

it's not even thanksgiving!

it snowed this morning.

my daddy said that if i practiced enough 

i'd be able to tell as soon as it left my finger tips

if it would hit or miss, left or right.

i tried it today

and it seems as if the time it

takes after it leaves my

finger tips

is too short

to tell whether it will

hit or miss,

left or right.

but maybe someday it won't be.

i love fall

with the cool crisp air
the brilliant leaves
the bright blue sky
the warm sun
the round orange pumpkins
the smokey smell in the air
the long pants and
the long sleeves
the grass that has stopped growing...
i love everything except
the approaching winter....
